So I finalllllllllllly figured out how to get both the mobile web builds working for phones and tablets! these should work now for mostly everything? I hope please god I hope. 
Renpy is an incredible tool but there's really only so much you can figure out without much coding experience so major shoutout to the folks on the reddit who helped me out and explained wtf a container is.
